Appasimento is an Amarone Style blend. The process of natural partial dehydration of grapes to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours in the wine. Blended are all 5 of our Sette Coppa grape varieties : Merlot , Cab Sauv , Cab Franc, Malbec & Petit Verdot.
Decant for up to 1 hr or to be cellared 5-10 years.
