This vintage is from our one acre block of Viognier , showcasing its floral and honeysuckle attributes along with some peach and tart apple.
Rose' is named after Nonna (grandmother in Italian). Produced from the bleed method by racking the juice before fermentation. Made from our estate grown Merlot and Tempranillo grapes and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Pinot Noir 2018 VQA
Garnet core, pink reflections at rim, moderate intensity. Earthy, hint of meat and bergamot.
Medium body, juicy, fresh, elegant, cherry, cranberry, redcurrant, raspberry, balanced juicy acidity, heat on mid palate, coffee notes, espresso, pencil shavings. Hint of truffle, silky structured tannins , lingers a while with mouth coating sage spice.
Try with a mushroom risotto, quail in soy, jasmine tea glaze, cedar plank salmon, smoked duck breast.
Mushroom thyme bruschetta, antipasto, roast red pepper and olive tapenade or just plain sun-dried olives. Fig and prosciutto wrap.
Vino D'Casa NV
Clear Garnet core and rim, clean nose of moderate intensity, rose scented tea, ripe summer berries, strawberries, raspberries, Okanagan cherry, milk chocolate.
Palate is fruity of okanagan cherry, sun washed strawberries, milk chocolate, juicy ripe integrated tannins, mineral salinity, acidity is bright and fresh, a hint of toasted chestnut on the finish.
Alcohol is on the higher spectrum 14+, a touch of heat but balances out with food.
An every night wine, great with charcuterie. For vegans try clove scented mushroom and sun-dried tomato pilaf or antipasto such as grilled eggplant, marinated mushrooms or sun dried tomato bruschetta

Inky black, garnet core with purple hues. Moderate intensity, black fruits, plum, blackberry, black cherry,
blueberry), currant , violets, cloves, coffee, wet earth.
Medium bodied, juicy, ripe, fresh bursting with black fruits, festive spice, black cherry, cassis, youthful
tannins, mouthcoating, earthy, with tobacco leaf and pink peppercorns on the finish. High alcohol is
well masked by balance.

Palate is rich round, palate, medium bodied, juicy, cassis, cherry, prunes, structured tannins, fresh acidity, mouth warming festive spice of cloves, anise underlined by a minerality that adds a certain umami to the rich fruit. High in alcohol, though not hot, a touch heady.

Sette Coppa 2017 VQA
Purple black core with purple reflections, wine of moderate plus intensity, disarms on the nose with cassis, currant leaf, red pepper, sun ripened black cherry, star anise and mocha notes.
The palate is full bodied, juicy, laden with ripe sweet cherry, cassis, wild herbs, followed with youthful yet approachable tannins that finish with espresso and spice notes. Lovely now, will be good for 3-5 years
